Our philosophy is simple: without community support, small businesses cannot thrive. Our neighbors in Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale and Phoenix have given us many opportunities, so we work to support them as well. In addition to supporting local businesses, each year we also support a local charity with donations of our time or financial assistance.
Our business culture is an extension of our employees' principals. We've started non-profit foundations, walked in the 60-mile three day, collected donations for homeless shelters, volunteered at a crisis center for babies and held charitable events to raise funds to support schools, and non-profit organizations.
